There is a great deal of information presented in this book, though organization is a bit loose. Few market innovations have followed from understanding customer profitability better. THIS BOOK IS NOT RATTED 5 STARS, IT'S A CHARLATANRY. The real damage was inflicted by the resulting shrapnel that hit Turret 2 immediately behind and above Turret 1. Not only was it a great read (I couldn't put it down) but I learned more about derivatives and muni bonds in this book than i could have in any classroom or read in any other book on bonds.. Sometimes I pick up a book and within the first fifty pages it's immediately obvious that it's a first novel. The writing was fluent and easy to understand. Very easy to read and follow along.
